About the role:
As a machinery broker at Maskinpunkten, you will be a key player in our organization and responsible for your own district while leading transactions from the first contact to closure. You will plan your own week, alternating between administrative work from your home office and customer visits in the field within your own district, using your company car and phone as your primary tools. Your tasks include, among others:
- Prospecting and appointment booking: You find new customers and nurture existing relationships via phone, digital channels, and personal visits
- Valuation and documentation: You assess the condition of machines and trucks and make careful calculations for a sales process
- Marketing and advertisements: You produce materials for selling advertisements with images, videos, and descriptions
- Follow-up and CRM: You keep track of your pipeline, follow up on leads and customers, and analyze data in our CRM system to become even sharper
Your qualities:
To fit in at Maskinpunkten, you need to be responsible, engaged, and see business opportunities where others do not. You love meeting new people, build long-term relationships, and thrive in a role where you get to lead the entire transaction from start to finish. You enjoy a sales role and have previous experience in reaching out to customers via phone. Alternatively, you may have a background in the machinery, vehicle, or construction industry and want to develop in sales.
Your ability to plan and work resourcefully, combined with your winning attitude, drives you to achieve your goals.

Qualifications:
Driving license B
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Good computer skills
Desirable skills:
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Experience in B2B sales
Experience in outbound sales
Knowledge of construction machinery and trucks
Driving license C
Other information:
Company car is included in the position
Travel is a large part of the job
Overnight stays in other locations may occur in the job
